By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. This website is operated by Void Deck Supply, UEN 53529877C, in Singapore.
2. Direct website orders
Direct website orders are placed with Void Deck Supply. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and an order is confirmed only after checkout succeeds. We may contact you if a flavour choice is unavailable or an order detail needs clarification.
3. Delivery
Website orders of $18 or more receive free islandwide delivery; orders below $18 are charged $5. Delivery details are collected at checkout. We will contact you if an address cannot be served or an unexpected fulfilment issue affects your order.
4. Order issues, returns and refunds
If a direct website order arrives wrong, missing or damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Because snacks are food items, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Nothing in this section limits rights that apply under Singapore law.
5. Shopping through external platforms
Our Find Us page links to official stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, and to our Facebook page. Marketplace orders are also governed by that platform's checkout, payment, shipping, return and dispute terms. Direct Facebook LIVE orders follow the instructions and terms communicated during the session.
6. Product information and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Information may change without notice, and marketplace vouchers or promotions may affect the final checkout price. Product packaging is the final reference for ingredients, nutrition, allergens, storage instructions, expiry dates, country of origin, certification and suitability.
7. Promotions and LIVE sessions
Promotions may be limited by time, stock, platform, flavour or customer eligibility. LIVE schedules may change. Any specific promotion conditions announced on the relevant listing or during a LIVE session form part of that offer.
8. Member accounts and rewards
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and should not be transferred or shared. VDS Rewards is not yet active; its earning and redemption rules will be published before points can be earned or redeemed. We may correct a points balance affected by an error, refund, cancellation or misuse.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use our content in a way that infringes the rights of Void Deck Supply, our suppliers or another person.
10. Intellectual property
The Void Deck Supply name, logo, website design and original website content belong to Void Deck Supply or are used with permission. Product names, logos and images may belong to their respective brand owners. No rights are transferred to you by viewing this website.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites or platforms and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or policies.
12. Website availability and liability
We may update, suspend or change the website without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Void Deck Supply is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
